Refund Policy

**REFUND POLICY**  

Effective as of: 13 May 2025

1. **GENERAL POLICY:**  

   We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Instead, we allow exchanges as outlined in our exchange policy.

2. **EXCHANGE PROCESS:**  

   To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us within the specified time frame (3 days for online purchases and 3 days for in-store purchases) to obtain an exchange authorization. 

3. **FORM OF PAYMENT:**  

   In cases where a refund is granted (e.g., for canceled orders), the refund will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is no longer available, store credit may be issued at our discretion. 

4. **CONDITION OF ITEMS:**  

   Items must be returned in new, unused, and saleable condition, with all original packaging intact and tags attached. Damaged items may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our policy.

5. **EXCLUSION OF ITEMS:**  

   The following items are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges: clearance items, final sale items, custom products, opened packages, and gift cards.

6. **CASE-BY-CASE REVIEW:**  

   All requests for refunds or exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our criteria.
