Return/Exchange Policy!!

**ONLINE RETURN POLICY**  

Effective as of: 05/13/2025  

1. **EXCHANGES:**  

   We only allow exchanges; returns for a refund are not permitted. For online purchases, exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date. To start an exchange, please contact us at bossbabe@kkpuff.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive the item.  

2. **RETURN SHIPPING:**  

   Return authorization for items shipped in error or items returned/exchanged due to defects or damage will include a pre-paid shipping label. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on items being returned/exchanged for other reasons.  

3. **ELIGIBLE ITEMS:**  

   The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: clearance items, final sale items, custom products, open packages, and gift cards. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange at management's discretion if the item does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.  

4. **CONDITION OF ITEMS:**  

   Except for items that were damaged upon purchase, items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with all original packaging intact and tags attached.  

5. **FORM OF PAYMENT:**  

   Refunds, if issued, will be provided in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.  

6. **OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:**  

   All exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Note that we will deny exchanges with altered packaging. We are committed to addressing your concerns effectively and will take the necessary steps to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your understanding.

2. **ELIGIBLE ITEMS:**
