**AGREEMENT TO TERMS**

The Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”), created on the effective date and last amended on the date above, is made between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and the website owner.

The entity mentioned above includes its affiliated companies, websites, applications, software, and tools (collectively referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations you and all users share in connection with any media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected to our services offered on the website.

**PAYMENTS**

All or a portion of the services offered by the Company on the website require payment, governed by the following terms:

a.) **Forms of Payment:** We accept payment through the methods offered at the time of purchase or when a balance is due. The provider and method of payment are determined by your location, device, and the item purchased. We reserve the right to reject payment for any reason at any time.

b.) **Currency:** Payments will be accepted in the currency relevant to your location and in accordance with local laws.

c.) **Refund Policy:** Except when required by law, payments made by a user are non-refundable. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at the discretion of the Company.

d.) **In-App Purchases:** If our services are offered on a mobile application (Android, iOS, or others), this Agreement also applies to those payments. Payments made through the mobile app must comply with the terms of the respective platform or store.

**SUBSCRIPTIONS**

If any of the services provided by us require a paid subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or other agreed-upon timeframes). The subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless canceled.

a.) **Cancellation:** You may cancel a subscription at any time in accordance with this Agreement. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any previous payments made.

b.) **Fee Changes:** If there are any changes to the subscription amount, you will receive notice at least one (1) billing cycle before the change takes effect. Notice will be sent via email to your registered account or profile.

c.) **Free Trials:** Any free trials, samples, or other limited versions of our services are considered a one-time use per registered email. It is strictly prohibited to create and register more than one email solely to access another free trial on the website.

**ACCESS**

Your access to and use of the website and services are conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement, which applies to all visitors of the website. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you may not access the website or its services.
